Fee Structure: 25% of the candidate’s first-year base salary, payable only upon a successful hire.

RETAINED SEARCH

Retained search is our premium, highly dedicated partnership model built for executive leadership, highly specialized engineering roles, or confidential replacements. By making an upfront commitment, you secure our undivided time, exhaustive market mapping, and comprehensive weekly pipeline reporting until the critical role is filled.

This engaged approach goes beyond standard recruiting. We act as a direct extension of your business, providing strategic hiring advisory and targeted outbound headhunting. This model guarantees that your most vital, hard-to-fill positions get the exhaustive focus and precision they require.

Fee Structure: 30% of the candidate’s first-year base salary, structured in upfront and milestone payments to ensure total alignment and dedicated resources.
